1. Scope & Acceptance of Terms

The disclaimer is for anyone who uses Castle, India's free entertainment platform, on Android smartphones from 6.0 and higher. It does NOT work on computers, smart TVs, or FireSticks.

If you download, install or use Castle to stream content and/or download titles as well as services such as live sports, offline viewing, screen casting or subtitle alteration (collectively "The Services"), then you also agree to these Terms under Indian law.

2. Castle’s Role & Content Limitations

Castle is merely a facilitator between you and those who provide your outside content. We don't store any of the content found on this site and will not comment on its legality, accuracy, quality, or availability.

Content can lose access or disappear outright for a number of legal reasons, including geography restrictions, copyright disputes and licensing hurdles; technical limitations also come into play.

We encourage use on select devices that meet our compatibility requirements, but the program may have issues and run slow, freeze or fail to work entirely.

3. User Risks & Liability Exclusion

You may not permit any associated risks with the use of Castle to fall on us in anyway. That said, do remember the following:

Device compatibility issues — although we test and optimize Castle for Android 6.0+, so that it may run smoothly, we cannot predict every hardware setup or custom software;

Legal risks — if you get the content in a manner that is against India’s Copyright Act, 1957 (or anything similar to this), you may be legally liable for the same;

Security risk with APK download – always use verified and trusted source of APK otherwise malware or fake version of application could harm your device.

Castle shall not be liable for any legal cause of action, indictment or damage that may occur as a result of a breach of this paragraph.

We do not endorse or control third-party content like this, which is owned by the original owners and governed exclusively by their copyright limitations and terms.

4. Service & Disclaimer Updates

Castle may, at any time and without notice, modify, interrupt or discontinue any feature content category or the entire platform.

We may amend this Disclaimer from time to time to account for amendments in the app or the legislation. When that does happen, we will put the new date down somewhere.

Your continued use of Castle following the implementation of such changes constitutes your agreement to this new version.

5. Final Terms & Governing Law

If you do not agree with any part of this Disclaimer, please stop using Castle immediately.

It is subject to the laws of India and any issues will be resolved in Indian courts.

We try to be honest, but there are some things we cannot control.
